Oklahoma-issued multistate endorsement is a separate application for an applicant declaring Oklahoma as primary state of residence and meeting uniform licensure requirements. This describes issuance eligibility, not visiting nurses’ remote privileges.
Upon the implementation date, the Oklahoma Board of Nursing started issuing multistate licenses to applicants/nurses that applied for a multistate license, met the uniform licensure requirements, and declared Oklahoma as their primary state of residence.

This is the documented remote-practice condition. Oklahoma primary-state residence and uniform licensure requirements apply to obtaining an Oklahoma-issued multistate license, not to every nurse visiting Oklahoma on another state’s compact license.

Single-state U.S.-educated endorsement only: $85 application plus $10 for a requested temporary license. Separate multistate endorsement instructions list $150 plus $10 temporary request. The captured Board material does not publish the fingerprint/CBC charge or the third-party Nursys/board verification charge, so these amounts are not included in the fee object and total cost may be higher.

This 90-day option is not an unconditional permit. The current instructions require a completed application and fee, current unrestricted out-of-state license with no disqualifying arrest/discipline review, verification of education/exam/licensure, continuing qualification within the prior five years, fingerprint images for state/national checks, and citizenship/status evidence. The Board says no temporary license issues where arrest/criminal/competency/discipline history or NCLEX/additional qualification requirements need review. Temporary license permits Oklahoma practice only and confers no multistate privilege.
To request a temporary license which is valid for 90 days, check the box in the application where you may request for a temporary license.
