What Kinetic Clinician is

Kinetic Clinician is a website for nurses and EMS clinicians. It lists jobs that publish their pay, ranks them by pay, and offers calculators, checklists, licensing references, training directories and guides. It also runs an availability board where clinicians can list themselves and agencies can pay to send them a message. Using the site does not require an account.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Job listings

• Listings come from employers' and job boards' public postings, or from employers who send them to us. Kinetic Clinician is not the employer, a staffing agency or a recruiter, and does not take part in hiring.
• Pay, schedules, contract lengths, benefits and requirements are shown as posted. Postings change, fill and expire, and they can be wrong. We do not guarantee that a job is still open, that the pay shown is what you will be offered, or that you will be hired.
• When you follow a link to an employer or job board, that site's own terms and privacy practices apply.

Job alerts

• Job alerts are free; clinicians never pay for them.
• An alert emails jobs that match your saved search and were first listed here after you confirmed it. It may miss a job (for example, one an employer posts without pay or that fails our checks) and it may arrive after a job has filled. We do not guarantee that a job in an alert is still open, that the pay is what you will be offered, or that you will be hired. Each job links to its page here, which links the employer's original posting.
• Every alert email has a link to change, pause or stop it. We may pause or stop an alert that bounces, is reported as spam or is misused, and we may change or end the alert service.
• Only ask for alerts to an address you use. See Privacy for what we store and when we delete it.

Calculators, licensing and guides

• Calculators give estimates from the numbers you enter and published rates. They are not tax, legal or financial advice. Your actual taxes, stipend eligibility and take-home pay depend on facts the site does not know.
• Licensing, certification and scope-of-practice information is dated and sourced, but rules change. Confirm requirements with the state board, EMS office or certifying body before you apply, travel or practice.
• Nothing on the site is medical advice or clinical direction.

Your responsibilities

• If you list yourself on the availability board, the information must be true and about you, and you must hold the licenses and certifications you list. We may check public license databases and may remove a card that is inaccurate or misused.
• If you contact a clinician through the board, use it only to offer real work, and do not send spam, harassment or anything unlawful.
• Do not try to break, overload or scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others, and do not misrepresent our content as your own data or endorsement.

Payments

The only paid feature today is the agency contact fee on the availability board ($25 per contact). Payment is taken by Stripe on its own checkout page; we never see or store card details, and Stripe's terms apply to the payment. Stripe emails the receipt.

What the fee buys is described where you pay it, on the availability board. If a payment went through but the message was not delivered, or you were charged in error, email us with the receipt number.

Our content

The site's own writing, rankings, calculators and design belong to Kinetic Clinician. You may share links and quote short passages with credit. Job postings remain their employers' content; licensing quotes remain the property of their public sources.

No warranty

The site is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, Kinetic Clinician is not responsible for losses that come from relying on a listing, an estimate or a licensing summary, from a decision made by an employer or agency, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
